About NEMA Elder Care
NEMA Group was founded in 2016 when, driven by a deep sense of purpose, our founder stepped away from a successful international corporate career in the design and construction industry to establish NEMA Eldercare. Building from the ground up and training a new generation of professionals, NEMA launched its care home on Gandhi Jayanti, October 2, 2019.
Targeted at India-1, an affluent segment, and setting benchmark standards in service and quality, it became only the second care home of its kind in all of North India.Just six months after its launch, NEMA was significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. The challenges persisted through 2021, but during this period, NEMA successfully established its in-home care division.
By 2022, the company had stabilized and, in 2023, signed its first senior living operations contract.
In 2024, NEMA opened its second care home—set to be the most luxurious in India—piloted age-care technology, and secured its second senior living operations deal. In 2025, it launched NEMA Club+, a pioneering startup in the field of senior care.
